Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of City of Lonoke – Rail Trail will be received by City of Lonoke at the office of City Hall, until 11:00 AM, (Standard Time-Daylight Savings Time) 8 day of November, 2018, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Bond Consulting Engineers East, Inc. located at 3683 State Highway 77 North; Marion, AR 72364 upon payment of $ 300.00 for each set.

Estimated Quantities: 786 tons asphalt surface course; 351 sq. yds. asphalt cold milling; related items – traffic maintenance, erosion control, etc.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
