Meet Our Board

Board of Directors

The governing body of the CAPDD is composed of twenty-five (25) members of the Board of Directors, composed of fifteen (15) local elected officials and ten (10) private citizens representing the various social and economic elements of the population.

​

Each of the six (6) participating counties in the District is represented by four (4) board members. Minority representation on the Board shall be the same percentage as that of the District population.

To serve as a catalyst for economic, community and workforce development; thereby ensuring, through regional preparedness, the local units of government and the citizens of Central Arkansas have the capability to plan and direct sustainable economic growth, including the human potential to meet the challenging demands of the global job market.
